How to put an end to heartburn


Heartburn usually results from excess stomach acid, or malfunction of your digestive system. Is at the point where the esophagus and stomach join, a special muscle and closes the esophagus. If you have any food this muscle relaxes to swallow in order to pass food into the stomach, after which it closes again.
But it may happen that the malfunction of the muscles. The contents of the stomach, then climb back into the esophagus, irritating the area. And this results in the sensation the infamous heartburn.

How to stop it? Avoid acidic foods (lemon, etc.), alcohol, fatty or fried food is great, coffee, juice, tomato base, and chocolate. But not escape too much. Instead, observe which foods bring on heartburn and avoid them. Also do not go straight to sleep after dinner (dinner you should eat about seven hours) and do not smoke, especially after meals.
