Stress at Work

Job stress has been found that must or increase in the developed and developing countries (Cooper, Dewe, & O 'Driscoll, 2001). The walk to both labor and cost reduction has resulted in fewer people doing more work and feel more insecure in their jobs. In addition, the rapid expansion of information technology through the Internet, cell phones and other wireless technologies such as BlackBerry, has accelerated the pace of work and created a demand for an immediate response to requirements of work 24 hours per day.

The hours people spend on the site at the workplace have also increased, which has had negative effects on both - family employee, who is now common in many countries should the family unit.
