Stop catching colds

Whenever possible, in close contact with infected persons, especially when they cough or sneeze. A person with a cold is highly contagious, he or she fills the air with fine particles of saliva or mucous membranes that carry the microbe virus. Even if the person takes care of his nose with a tissue or handkerchief, the microbes will be transported to his hands. And studies have shown that these viruses are transmitted by hand contact. So if you're dealing with someone who shook hands with a cold, you'd better wash shortly after!
What can you do if you have a cold?
It is unnecessary antibiotics: they have no effect on viruses. However, there are certain compounds found in alcohol to help relieve sinus, which explains why a hot toddy can do wonders. But beware of your liver: a hot toddy is just as good with a hint of rum with a lot. You do not get drunk again. You do not even have to drink - just sniff of spirits such as cognac or brandy and inhale the fumes.
