What to do when you get something in your eye

I have some dust in your eyes? Or other irritants such as cigarette or eyelashes? You can use the following techniques to help others and yourself. Before you do anything, make sure you do not know what absolutelyshouldn't: Rub or pressure in the eye, eyelid lift, or remove contact lenses without washing hands.

How to proceed?
  • Check your eyes. Is red? Swelling? He tears? What do you feel? Not itchy? Burn? Your vision is blurred?
  • Let nature do its work - is generally effective. Tears and natural eye movements usually get rid of the irritation.
  • Try rinsing your eyes with warm water, or with drops. You can pull the skin around the eyes, but not touching the hat.
  • If this fails, wash your hands and lift both the upper and lower order to find irritating. It's on the inside of an eyelid, or is attached to the ball itself? Pour some sterilized warm water to rinse your eye irritants.
  • If you can not find irritating or if pain persists after removal of the particles, you should consult a doctor.
