The anti-allergy vitamin

So much has been said in praise of vitamin C. It is therefore not surprising that it also effective in treating allergic reactions like hay fever. We recommend the ascorbate form of vitamin C as ascorbic acid is enough. When taken in the form of ascorbic acid can cause gastrointestinal disturbances.
 
The fight against the allergic reaction, you have to eat 8 grams. 5 grams is required, on average. Starting dose is 3 grams. Every three hours, another 1 or 2 grams to take the symptoms completely disappear.
