How to beat asthm

Asthma partially prevents the bronchi, making breathing difficult. The cause of asthma is not yet known. But if you have an asthma sufferer, you may by natural means, substantially reduce asthma attacks you receive.

A placebo-controlled study showed that asthma patients who consumed 1 g of vitamin C per day had four times fewer attacks. When they stopped taking vitamin C, strikes again with the same frequency as before (Trop. and Geog. Med., Vol 32, Mo. 2, 1980).
As for magnesium, which also does wonders! Dr. H. Zack Haddad at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Southern California, a study of thirty children who suffer from asthma associated with allergy. Twenty of them drank a daily dose of mineral water rich in magnesium, while others did not receive magnesium supplements. After three months, the first group had more magnesium in the blood, and they were able to breathe more easily.

So, take vitamin C and magnesium is a great way to prevent asthma attacks.
But what you can do to breathe more easily during an attack? Just drink 2 or 3 cups of strong coffee. By activating blood circulation, reduce respiratory congestion.
