Avoid eye problems caused by TV and monitors

The eye was not meant to be constantly focused on close objects. If your job requires you to look at a computer screen all day or if you watch much television, stop from time to time to make a pair of eye exercises.

For example, rolling his eyes in large circles in both directions, look at each side, as far as possible and then from top to bottom, or scan an imaginary text on the wall from left to right, or look out the window as far as possible then the horizon and then back to a point just in front of you and start again. This way, you avoid long term eye problems, is expanding its interior space and relax your eyes and mind.
