Are you anxious..?

Worrying is one of the properties? Well, stop it! It's okay to worry, but at the right time. Psychologists at the University of Pennsylvania tell patients who suffer from anxiety on a regular basis to make a daily 20 minutes "worry session", at the same time and same place. Collecting a head full of worries during the day (not oppress them!) and pour them out of concern for each day during the session.
Exaggerated fears of the absurd - knitted eyebrows, grin, let the sweat flow, shake and cower as much as you want. In other words, make a caricature of himself, there is always a concern, and thus exorcise it. Removing worry will help prevent numerous psychosomatic illnesses caused by living in a permanent state of anxiety.
